Seeker UK

A clear, responsive website that showcases bespoke vehicle builds and makes browsing, reserving, and enquiring simple across all devices.

PROBLEM

Seeker UK’s previous website made it difficult for users to understand its full range of bespoke services and navigate to vehicle reservations, limiting engagement and conversions. As a small, ambitious business in a competitive space, this was a barrier to breaking through and attracting new customers.

RESULTS

Online vehicle reservations up 18%.

Stock page engagement increased by 30%, with users spending longer reviewing vehicles before reserving.

Scope

The goal of this project was to redesign and rebuild the Seeker UK website to modernise a dated site, better showcase all of Seeker’s services including bespoke vehicle styling and commercial conversions, and support an online vehicle reservation system that allows users to browse stock and reserve with a deposit. As a unique business trying to break through in a competitive automotive market, Seeker needed a platform that clearly communicated its expertise and helped convert visitors into enquiries.

Process

I audited the existing website to identify gaps in service presentation and the vehicle reservation flow. Competitor research focused on how other bespoke and commercial vehicle specialists present complex services online.

Wireframes and high-fidelity designs were created with clear service pathways, an intuitive reservation flow, and mobile-first layouts. Interactive stock filters and vehicle galleries were added to make browsing simpler and quicker. The site was built on our custom platform with optimised performance and responsive layouts, ensuring a smooth experience across desktop and mobile.

Solution

The redesigned website improved how users explore Seeker’s services and vehicles. Navigation was simplified, stock pages became more engaging, and the reservation process was easier to complete on any device.

Post-launch metrics showed positive results. Online vehicle reservations increased by 18%, enquiry submissions rose by 22%, and mobile users submitted 28% more enquiries. Users spent more time engaging with stock pages and service information, helping Seeker stand out in a competitive market.
